Simple Sitting & relaxation process
Simple Sitting & relaxation process, understanding oneself, accepting oneself, understanding the thought process and its pattern & effects on our body & mind. How to deal with them without getting into grudges, pain or irritation. Followed by self-catharsis on daily bases.
This above-mentioned session will go for a time of 90 minutes divided into 3 half’s, the first 30 minutes instructions & guidelines, the second 30 minutes of meditation, the last 30 minutes for discussion & F.A.Q’s.
Intense Breathing process
Intense Breathing followed by calming your physical body & understanding the actions & reactions of the body & mind, practising to be in present now & here. Followed by self-catharsis on daily bases.
This above mentioned session will go for a time of 90 minutes divided into 3 half’s, first 30 minutes instructions & guide lines, second 30 minutes meditation, last 30 minutes for discussion & F.A.Q’s.
Understanding the physical body
Understanding the physical body, astral body & esoteric science, (seven chakras, seven colours & third eye theory). understanding the above shall help an individual to get closer to his spiritual being. Instructed chakra and third eye meditation will be conducted. Followed by self-catharsis on daily bases.

I am a Kid…The word kid itself defines this meditation as a giggling experience of those golden days of each & every one of us who has always strived or begged to the universe to be a kid again & again & again. This process of being kid is craziest, lovely & innocent way of meeting a child within adult promising to sustain it & be a kid till infinity.
